Mcon Magic Seal PU can be cold applied as a liquid waterproof membrane. It has been specially made from the blend of rubber and special resin. It has been strengthened with minerals stabilizers, water repelling fillers, and gelling agent. Mcon Magic Seal PU is useful for masonry, bridges, decks, concrete walls, bathrooms, metal surfaces, basement, etc. It can bear severe cases of deck movements, high expansion and contraction. It has resistance to oxidation, ozone and UV light. The optimum wetting and adhesion properties of this compound makes it capable to make a hard wearing bond that can resist chipping and peeling.
