MAGIC COAT WP has excellent flexibility and bonding with concrete, breathing properties, water resistance, crack bridging properties, weathering durability.Areas of Application : - Foundations, basements & lift pits. Terrace Gardens. Sunk portion of bathrooms, toilets, balconies, etc. To modify the properties of Cement mixes like mortar, concrete etc. and make it waterproof. To make the Cement based paints waterproof with better bonding. Features & Benefits : - Bonds strongly on cement concrete, cement plastered applied surfaces. High acrylic polymer solid contents of 45% to give a rich mix. Good abrasion resistance. Improves waterproofing properties when mixed with cement. Protects against water penetration, salt & carbonation. Non-toxic when cured, suitable for contact with drinking water. Non-corrosive to steel & iron. Confirms to DIN 1048 standards of water permeability with zero permeability of concrete after two coats upto 15 bar water pressure.
