Product Description

MCON RELEASE AL is a specially formulated blend of mineral oils and chemicals having release properties, which are superior to those of conventional mould oil. The chemicals in RELEASE AL react with the alkali in the concrete. This forms a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould, thereby enabling easy stripping of concrete from the formwork. Thus it protects steel and aluminium formwork. MCON RELEASE AL is supplied as a light brown colored, ready to use liquidFeatures : - Ensures good fair-faced concrete. Can be used on all type of formwork like Mivan, Aluminium, Steel. Non-staining, with clean stripping of moulds. Minimises cleaning of shutters before re-use. Can be used with steam curing. Reduces the incidence of air pocket and tendency of surface spalling of corners.Areas of application : - MCON RELEASE AL provides quick, clean and easy stripping of moulds and formwork. MCON RELEASE AL ensures high quality, fair-faced and stain-free concrete surface. MCON RELEASE AL is the ideal mould release agent to be used for Aluminium, Tunnel and other type of Specialised steel formwork.
